Last updated: August 2026 · Applies to: dissertationmaster.net
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Dissertation Master website or placing an order. By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dissertation Master website (dissertationmaster.net) and the academic writing support services we provide. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Dissertation Master ("we", "us", "our").
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. References to "services" include all academic writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and related support we provide.
2. Nature of Service
Dissertation Master provides model academic documents, study aids, and reference materials intended to assist students in understanding and developing their own academic work. All work produced by Dissertation Master is provided for the following lawful purposes only:
- As a reference model to guide the client's own writing
- As a research aid or study guide
- As a proofreading or editing example
- For any other lawful educational purpose
⚠️ Work produced by Dissertation Master must not be submitted to any educational institution as the client's own original work. Doing so may constitute academic misconduct under your institution's regulations. It is the client's sole responsibility to understand and comply with the academic integrity policies of their institution. Dissertation Master accepts no liability for any consequences arising from misuse of our materials.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the intended purpose of our service and that you will use the work provided in accordance with these terms and your institution's regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe to be under 18 or to be misusing our services.
4. Orders
Placing an order
When you place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding your requirements, including subject, academic level, word count, deadline, referencing style, and any specific instructions. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of the work delivered and may affect your eligibility for revisions or refunds.
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation message has been sent to you. Dissertation Master reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Amendments to orders
If you wish to change your order requirements after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments may not be possible once work has commenced, and significant changes may affect the price or deadline. Additional charges may apply for scope expansions.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before work has commenced, subject to an administration fee. Once work has begun, cancellations are subject to the refund policy set out in Section 8.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods listed on our website. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
For orders placed with a very short deadline, a deadline surcharge may apply. The final price will be confirmed before payment is taken.
6. Delivery
Completed work will be delivered to the email address associated with your order by the agreed deadline. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and that our emails are not filtered to your spam folder.
Dissertation Master will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. In the event that we are unable to deliver by the agreed time due to circumstances within our control, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund as set out in Section 8.
Dissertation Master accepts no responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details provided by the client, technical issues on the client's side, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Revisions
We offer revisions in accordance with the following conditions:
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery of the completed work
- Revisions must be based on the original order requirements — new or significantly changed requirements may be treated as a new order
- Revisions are available free of charge where the delivered work does not meet the original specifications provided at the time of order
- Revision requests should clearly explain the specific aspects of the work requiring amendment
- Revisions will be completed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the scope of amendments required
Requests for revisions after the 14-day window, or revisions based on changed requirements, may be subject to an additional charge.
8. Refunds
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
Full refund
- The order is cancelled before any work has commenced
- Dissertation Master is unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances within our control
- The completed work is delivered more than 24 hours after the agreed deadline
Partial refund
- The order is cancelled after work has commenced — the refund will reflect the proportion of work not yet completed
- The completed work is delivered between 1 and 24 hours after the agreed deadline
- The work, after revisions, remains materially below the standard reasonably expected for the academic level specified
No refund
- The work has been delivered in accordance with the original order requirements and the client no longer requires it
- The client has submitted the work to their institution (as doing so is a breach of these terms)
- The revision period has expired and the client has not raised concerns within 14 days of delivery
- The dissatisfaction arises from changed or undisclosed requirements not specified at the time of order
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Each request will be reviewed on its individual merits. Refunds approved will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Dissertation Master assigns to the client the right to use the delivered work for the lawful purposes set out in Section 2. Dissertation Master retains the right to use anonymised versions of work produced for internal quality assurance, training, and improvement purposes, provided that no personally identifiable information is included.
All content on the Dissertation Master website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Dissertation Master and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Dissertation Master will treat all client information and order details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your identity, contact details, or the content of your order to any third party except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Writers assigned to your order are bound by confidentiality obligations. They will not disclose that they have worked on your order and will not retain copies of your materials after the order is closed.

We are not liable for:
- Any academic penalties, disciplinary action, or consequences arising from the misuse of our materials in breach of these terms
- Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses
- Loss of data, profits, or academic opportunity
- Events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you greater rights.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
